Description:  This apartment is situated in a small, quiet and exclusive complex in the heart of Nerja close to the Hotel Parador and is furnished to a high standard. It is only a two-minute walk to the nearest beach and a short stroll to all of Nerja\'s bars and restaurants. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob. It also has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The large lounge has a corner sofa, Sky TV (free to air channels only) and a dining area and patio doors on to a large terrace. The master bedroom - which also opens onto the terrace , has twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms also have twin beds and share a smaller shower room. The master bathroom has bath and overhead shower, bidet hand basin and w.c. The shower room has shower, bidet hand basin and w.c. Outside there is communal swimming pool, which is set within the beautiful gardens offering peace and tranquillity throughout the day. The terrace leading off the lounge has a small wicker table and chairs, swimming pool view and sun in the afternoon.The large roof terrace , accessed by stairs from the lounge, has views of the mountains and sea, a built-in barbeque, table and chairs and sun loungers.

Payment must be done 45% as confirmation of booking, by Visa or Master Card, and the rest 30 days before your arrival. If the date you are booking is less than 40 days from today, we will charge the total price. Confirmation payment is non-refundable in any case.
